491 Modular System
This modular system is for multipoint, multicomponent calibration of most types of gas analysers such as GC’s, GC-MS, FTIR & Ion Mobility Spectrometers. The 491M has a concentration range of sub-ppb to 50%, depending on the compound and modules selected. This broad concentration range, plus the pressurised sample delivery system, humidification module, secondary dilution module, analyser interface module and extra permeation tube oven modules allow the user to custom configure the instrument to the application. This instrument uses all types of permeation tubes. The humidification module humidifies the standard up to 80% relative humidity.

Span Pac I
This generator is used for multipoint, multicomponent calibration of process gas analysers and continuous emissions monitors. The Span Pac I uses Trace Source™ Permeation Tubes to provide ppb to 1,000 ppm standards, depending on the compound. It is specifically designed for field mounting and can be operated from a remote station. Multiple permeation tube ovens can be housed in a single NEMA 4 cabinet. Also available with Z purge.

Span Lab Autoblend
This is a modular design with the basic system includes seven flow modules, and one electronics module.The Span Lab™ Complex Mixtures Generator is a group of up to 30 individually controlled permeation tube ovens. Each oven is self-regulating at a preset, fixed temperature. The carrier flow through each oven is individually controlled.
Permeation tubes in these ovens emit a small, precisely known flow of each component compound into a small carrier gas flow through each oven.
The output from each oven is selectively added to a controlled flow of dilution gas. The output from any combination of permeation ovens can be added.The composition of the calibration can be changed to meet varying demands.
The dilution flow is measured by an electronic mass flowmeter and digitally displayed. The indicated total dilution flow includes flow from the selected ovens. The standard total dilution flow is 0.25 to 5l/min., with optional ranges to 50 l/min
Span Pac H2O
The Span PacTM H2O Generator is specifically designed to calibrate sensitive moisture analyzers. It uses a Trace SourceTM Permeation Tube to gener- ate low concentration (10 ppm to 100 ppb) moisture standards. The Span PacTM H2O Generator holds the Trace SourceTM Permeation Tube at a constant temperature and introduces a controlled flow of dilution gas over the tube. A small, accurate, constant flow of H2O vapor permeates from the tube and mixes with the dry dilution gas to form the ppm or ppb moisture stan- dard. The moisture standard then flows through the generator output to a monitor or probe.

Kin-Tek Autoblend
The system features six independently-controlled permeation ovens. The base gas mixture created in each oven can contain up to eight different analyte components so that a test atmosphere can be spiked with up to 48 components simultaneously.
A variable portion of each base gas mixture is added to a main dilution flow to create a primary mixture with variable concentration ratios. Two optional dynamic headspace saturation modules can be added (as shown in bottom cabinet) to allow the addition of vapors from potential transient interfering compounds such as cleaning solutions, fuels or paints. A secondary dilution feature provides a large dynamic concentration range. The resulting test atmosphere can be supplied either dry or at variable humidity levels.

Kin-Tek FlexStream
The new FlexStreamTM automated Permeation Tube System offers total flexibility for creating precision gas mixtures. Mixtures are produced by diluting the miniscule flow emitted from permeation (or diffusion) tubes with a much larger flow of inert diluent gas, typically nitrogen or zero air. The FlexStreamTM is ideally suited for creating trace concentration – ppm, ppb, and pptr – mixtures. The FlexStreamTM is small, easily transportable, and easily integrated with other Kin-TekTM gas mixing systems.

Eco Scientific ES 4050P
The ES4050P is a portable instrument designed for field calibration of gas analysers, area gas monitors, and detectors. The unit may be used with passive sensors as well as instruments that have a built-in sample pump. Interchangeable permeation or diffusion tubes are used to provide a constant output of the toxic gas. This constant output is mixed with a much larger controlled flow of ambient air to generate an accurate concentration of the standard test mixture.

Eco Scientific ES 4100
The ES4100 Gas Standards Generator is an instrument designed to calibrate most types of gas analysers, including gas chromatographs, FTIR, GC-MS, Ion Mobility Spectrometers and also environmental chambers.
